Tender for Hiring of Janitorial Services (Re-advertisement) — Institute of Ophthalmology & Allied Vision Sciences, Multan

Issuer: Project Director, Institute of Ophthalmology and Allied Vision Sciences (IOAVS), Multan. Fiscal Year: 2026-27. Sealed electronic tenders are invited through Punjab e-Procurement (eP) from firms with established technical, financial and managerial credentials and registered with income and sales tax departments.

Key Instructions:

- Bid Security: 2% of the estimated price must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Pre-bid Meeting: 20-08-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Project Director, IOAVS, Multan.

- Electronic Submission: Bidders must register and submit bids online at Punjab e-Procurement (register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bidding Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Tenders will be opened online by the Purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the committee room of Nishtar Medical University, Multan.

- Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). All terms and conditions and detailed specifications are available in the bidding documents on the e-Procurement website.

- In case of an official holiday on the day of submission/tender opening, the next working day will be treated as closing/opening date.
