SNGPL Tender Notice No. 36/2026 — Supply of Test Meters, Compressors, Tool Kits, Tea Items & Heat-Shrink Rolls (Lahore)

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore) invites sealed bids from manufacturers/suppliers for international and local supply requirements under Tender Notice Advertisement No. 36/2026. Bidding will be conducted on an open competitive basis in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key procurement details:

- Tender documents may be purchased up to one day before the opening date. International tender documents are available in person from the purchasing office (1100–1230 hours). Local tender documents can be obtained via PPRA/ePAdS.

- Submission/receipt of tenders: tenders will be received up to 14:30 hours and opened in public at 15:00 hours on the dates shown against each tender at Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore.

- Eligibility/Documentation: Manufacturers/suppliers must provide copies of valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax registration, and latest Professional Tax certificates along with requests to purchase tender documents.

- Fees & Bid Security: For international tenders a non-refundable fee (visible in the notice) is payable. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value (excluding GST) is required as specified in the tender documents.
