RUDA Invitation for Bids — Right Promenade Infrastructure Development, Lahore

Issuer: Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab. RUDA invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope procedure) for infrastructure development of a total 14.5 km Right Promenade along the River Ravi, divided into two contract packages. Payment for executed works will be made on a 50% deferred payment basis as per bidding documents.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Bidding shall follow RUDA procurement regulations 2022. Bidders must submit only one bid per package and comply with the Advertisement and Instructions to Bidders in the bidding documents.

- Bid security must be submitted in the amount shown for each package, in PKR, by deposit at call or bank guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan (or a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan).

- Complete bidding documents may be purchased after five (5) working days from the date of this advertisement upon submission of an application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 25,000 (payable by bank draft) in favor of "Ravi Urban Development Authority."

- Bids must be submitted/delivered to the address below by the stated submission deadlines. Bid validity, other submission requirements and detailed terms are in the bidding documents.
