RUDA Invitation for Bids – Infrastructure Development of 14.5 km Right Promenade, Lahore

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope SSTE) for infrastructure development works on the Right Promenade of the Ravi River. The project covers development works including carriageway, promenade, embankments, drainage, ancillary works and connectivity with Lahore Eastern Bypass (LEBP) as per approved specifications and standards.

Key details:

Payment & document purchase: Payment for executed works shall be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with terms in the bidding documents. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased after five (05) working days of this advertisement upon written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000/- by bank draft only.

Bids & bid security: Bidding procedure shall follow RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidding is open to eligible bidders; each bidder shall submit only one bid. All bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security amount specified above, in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan or a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer and valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

Submission & opening: Bid submission deadlines and contract package details are tabulated above. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day at the address below in the presence of bidders' representatives. If a public holiday falls on the scheduled date, submission and opening will be moved to the next working day.
