Pakistan Navy CMES (Navy) Compak PNS Karsaz — Tender Notice for Works at Karachi & NAS Turbat (Closing 2026-08-26)

CMES (Navy) Compak, PNS Karsaz (Pakistan Navy) invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple works at Karachi and NAS Turbat. Interested contractors must apply for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials as specified in the notice (see credential requirements at Serial B). Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field.

Key submission details: tenders must be received by 11:30 Hrs on 26-08-2026 and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same day. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department or court and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch/GHQ) is outstanding against them.

Eligibility and documentation: all contractors — whether enlisted with MES or not — must certify registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C or D with relevant experience may apply. Additional credential and performance information (e.g., details of works executed in last two years, agency, contract amount, time allowed, progress, departmental performance report) must be provided as per the notice.
