NDMA Tender: Extension of Container Yard — Mobile NEOC, Log Hub, Humanitarian Hub (Bid deadline 2026-08-24)

National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed firms for extension works of container yard units as detailed below. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure will be followed.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (C6 and above) and with Income and Sales Tax Departments. Firms should be specialized in supply, delivery and installation (including installation of IT equipment where applicable).

Bid Documents & Procedure: Bidding documents, specifications, instructions, terms & conditions may be downloaded from NDMA website: www.ndma.gov.pk. Bids must follow Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or Deposit at Call for the amount specified in the Bid Data Sheet.

Employer Rights: NDMA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules, accept the whole or part of a tender, or increase/decrease quantities.

Submission & Opening: Documents must reach the undersigned before 1100 hours on 2026-08-24. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders at NDMA Headquarters.
