NDMA Tender: Extension of Container Yard — Mobile NEOC, Log Hub & Humanitarian Hub (Islamabad)

National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad invites bids from reputed firms for the extension works of container-yard structures including supply, delivery and installation as listed below.

Procurement will follow National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Interested firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at Grade C6 or above and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Firms should be specialized in supply, delivery and installation of the required equipment/structures.

Bidding documents, specifications, instructions, terms and conditions are available for download from NDMA's website: www.ndma.gov.pk. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or Deposit at Call for the amount specified in the Bid Data Sheet.

The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules, and to accept the whole or part of any tender or to increase or decrease quantities.

Submission deadline: Documents must reach the undersigned before 1100 hours on 2026-08-24. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders at NDMA Headquarters.
