EPADS E-Tendering Notice — Public Health Engineering Division Attock (Water Supply Maintenance)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Attock. Mode: EPADS e-tendering (Single Stage Single Envelope). Tenders are invited for approved development schemes for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with PPRA rules.

• Earnest money in the form of CDR @ 5% of the estimated cost (original CDR mandatory before opening).
• Bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with relevant authorities; contractors must register with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) where applicable.
• Incomplete or unsigned bids will be rejected. Documents required as per tender conditions must be uploaded on EPADS.
• Bid opening (in presence of Tender Opening Committee) will occur on the same date; bidders or their representatives may attend.

• Last date & time for online submission: 2026-09-05 up to 11:00 AM.
• Tender opening: 2026-09-05 at 02:30 PM (in the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Attock).
