Government of Pakistan Estate Office Islamabad Invites Sealed Tenders for Stationery & Lodge Up-Keep Stock (FY 2026-27)

Estate Office, Government of Pakistan (Estate Office, 8th Floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders/offers from only GST-registered firms for supply of stationery/non-stationery and up-keep stock for lodges for the financial year 2026-2027. Tender documents and details of items may be downloaded from PPRA and the Estate Office website (www.estate-office.gov.pk).

Key conditions and instructions:

- Only GST-registered firms may apply; bidders must submit proof of GST registration / ATL / AGPR Vendor etc.

- Price quoted must be valid for the financial year 2026-2027. Successful bidders are responsible for delivery to Estate Office/Lodges at their cost.

- Bidders must submit an undertaking that the firm/contractor is not blacklisted by the Government of Pakistan.

- The office reserves the right to reduce/enhance the number of items, and to accept or reject any or all offers with cogent reason. Incomplete or late tenders will not be considered. All prices must be inclusive of tax.

Submission & opening:

- Tenders will be received until 11:00 AM on 2026-08-25. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of Estate Office, 8th Floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
