District Council Rawalpindi Pre-Qualification Notice for Road Rehabilitation Works (Aug 2026)

Issuer: Office of the District Council, Rawalpindi. The District Council Rawalpindi invites pre-qualification applications through the eP system (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) from reputable, financially sound and experienced contractors/firms registered on the eP system for the 2026-2027 year for execution of the schemes listed below. Bidding documents are also available on the PPRA Punjab website.

Eligibility & application instructions: Applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) system, meet the qualification requirements, and upload all required information, credentials and certificates via the eP system. Applications must be submitted through the eP system by or before the stated deadline. Clarifications or further information may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours before the submission deadline. The District Council Rawalpindi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules.

Submission & opening: Final submission deadline is 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM. The eP system will open the same day at 12:00 PM (noon) PST for opening in the presence of applicants or their representatives at the office of District Council Rawalpindi. The response time for tenders will be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
