National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Main Campus Islamabad (Technical Branch) invites sealed e-bids for the design and fixation of hoarding board outdoor flex at land acquired by NUML in Capital Smart City (Tender Ref: P76102). Funds for this procurement are reserved under FY 2026-27.
