Office of the Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites electronic bids (e-Bids) for an Annual Framework Contract (2026-27) for rehabilitation of municipal infrastructure including manholes, gratings, lane marking, painting of kerbstone and related works for one year up to 2026-06-30. Eligible tax-registered bidders/firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category for 2026-27) may submit bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Eligibility & other conditions
- Bidders must be tax-registered and enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System; hard copies of bid security must also be submitted to the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure) before bid closing.
- Work orders for each lot will be issued separately as required. Incomplete, conditional or late bids will be rejected. If the scheduled opening day is a public holiday, opening will be on the next working day at the same time and venue.
