NDMA Islamabad Tender — Extension of Container Yard (Mobile NEOC, Log Hub, Humanitarian Hub)

National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed firms for the supply, delivery and installation works required to extend container yard facilities at NDMA Headquarters.

Key details & eligibility:

- Procurement method: National Competitive Bidding (NCB) following Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

- Eligibility: Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C6 or above and registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments. Firms specialized in supply, delivery and installation of required works/equipment only.

- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of pay order or deposit at call as specified in the Bid Data Sheet.

- Employer reserves the right to accept/reject any tender as per PPRA rules, or to accept whole/part of any tender and to increase or decrease quantities.

Submission & opening: Documents must reach the Director Admin, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Main Murree Road, Islamabad before 1100 hours on 2026-08-24. Bids will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders at NDMA HQ at 1130 hours.
