PBC Bids for Renting Commercial Land & Properties

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) invites sealed bids from reputed and financially sound entities for renting of its valuable underutilized land and properties located at key commercial hubs across Pakistan.

Eligibility

Reputed and financially sound entities with: Registration with SECP and FBR (Active Taxpayer), NTN & GST; Registration with PPRA e-PADS; Valid licenses and relevant experience; Affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any Federal/Provincial Government department and absence of litigation/disputes.

• Bid Opening: 14 May 2026 (1230 hours)

How to Apply

Bids shall be submitted through PPRA e-PADS as well as in hard copy at PBC Headquarters (Room No. 426) before the stipulated deadline. A bid security equivalent to 20% of the bid value (refundable) must be submitted through e-PADS along with the bid. A non-refundable bidding fee of PKR 20,000 shall also be deposited in shape of pay order in favour of PBC Islamabad.
