The Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable firms, joint ventures and consortiums for the development of a Resource Recovery Project (municipal solid waste to energy/recovery) at the Shamshatoo Landfill, Peshawar on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Design–Build–Finance–Operate–Transfer (DBFOT) basis.

Only EOIs submitted through EPADS will be considered. Applicants must upload complete and correctly filled documents; incomplete or late submissions will be rejected. Shortlisted/prequalified firms will be invited to submit full technical and financial proposals (RFP stage). WSSP reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prequalification or tender process.
