NHA e-Bids: Periodic Maintenance (Functional Overlay) with Deep Patching on N-5 (KM 1096+000 to 1100+000)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Central Zone), Government of Pakistan. Invitation for e-Bids for periodic maintenance (functional overlay) with deep patching on N-5 between KM 1096+000 and KM 1100+000 (both NBC & SBC).

Eligibility: Eligible contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 in the required category and specialization.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Bidding documents, containing the method of procurement, detailed terms and conditions, etc., will be available for free download from the NHA e-bidding website from 2026-08-07.

Submission & opening: Completed e-Bids must reach the specified address on or before 2026-08-20 up to 1100 hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours.

Registration & portal: All firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk. e-Bids must be submitted via the NHA e-bidding portal: www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk. Manual (hard-copy) bids may be eliminated in future procurements.
