National Highway Authority (Finance Wing – Revenue Directorate), Government of Pakistan, invites e-Bids for the Operation & Management (O&M) of five (05) Police Fine Collection (PFC) unit packages on Motorways and an Expressway up to 30-06-2026. The procurement will be conducted through e-bidding on the NHA portal.

Key eligibility and requirements:

• Prospective bidders must have an Active NTN registration on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.
• Bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license appropriate to the scope of work.
• Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by any government agency.
• Procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure; detailed instructions are in the bidding documents.
