SNGPL Tender Notice No. 36/2026 — International & Local Supply Tenders (Lahore)

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore invites sealed tenders (Tender Notice Advertisement No. 36/2026) from manufacturers/suppliers for international and local supply requirements. Tenders will be received / closed at 14:30 hours and opened in public at 15:00 hours on the dates shown below at Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore.

Important instructions:

• Tenders will be processed on an open competitive bidding basis for both international and local bidders in accordance with PPRA Rules.
• Tender documents are available for purchase up to one working day before the tender opening date between 11:00 and 13:30 hours. Local tender documents are available through EPADs.
• Foreign manufacturers/suppliers wishing to quote must submit copies of valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax registration and latest Professional Tax Certificates when requesting tender documents.
• Tender fee for international tenders: Rs. 2,500 (non-refundable) by pay order/demand draft in favour of SNGPL.
• Bid security: 2% (excluding GST) of the estimated value as specified in the tender documents.
