Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (Sindh) Tender: Supply of Stockable & Non-Stockable Food Items – Bids due 2026-08-31

Issuer: Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Provincial Office Sindh, Karachi. PBM invites sealed bids under a single stage, two-envelope procedure from FBR income-tax & sales-tax active firms, individual firms, distributors, manufacturers, companies, public/semi-public agencies or general order suppliers for procurement of stockable and non-stockable food items for PBM functional units at Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan, Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Khairpur and Larkana for the financial year 2026-2027.

Submission method and rules: Bids must be prepared in accordance with PPRA rules and the bidding documents (SBDs). Detailed SBDs and terms & conditions are available on PBM's website. Bids shall be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2 (EPAS). A refundable, interest-free CDR/Pay Order as earnest money (bid security) must be submitted in favor of the Director, PBM Provincial Office Sindh as per the amounts below.

Key dates and opening: Complete bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day (31-08-2026) at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives (along with samples). Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later and communicated accordingly.

Supply obligation: Successful bidder(s) will be bound to supply goods at approved rates at designated locations for the financial year 2026-2027 after inspection by the committee.
