Tender: Arrangements for 6th September 2026 Event — District Council Sialkot

District Council Sialkot invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for event arrangement works. Bidders must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable and must fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents and Punjab Procurement Rules.

Key submission and eligibility details:

• Submission method: Online through the Punjab e-Procurement System only.
• Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-24 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished only through a Digital Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities will not be accepted.
• Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening.
• Contract award: The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
• Other conditions: The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per applicable rules. All prevailing Government of Punjab laws, notifications, circulars, and Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 shall apply.
