Tender Notice: Supply of Transport Spare Parts & Repair — District Police Officer Hunza (FY 2026-27)

Office of the District Police Officer, Hunza invites sealed tenders from well-reputed registered government firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of spare parts and repair services for transport for the District Police Officer (DPO) Hunza for financial year 2026-27. Notice date: 06-Aug-2026.

Key requirements and submission instructions:

• Submit sealed tenders to the undersigned on or before the specified closing date and time. Tenders will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee at the DPO Office, Hunza, in the presence of contractors/suppliers or their authorized representatives.

• The contractor/supplier must have a fully established setup including its own shop/workshop in District Hunza, qualified technical staff and demonstrable relevant experience. Documentary evidence of facilities, technical personnel and past experience must be attached.

• A Bid Security / Call Deposit Receipt equivalent to 2% of the total sanctioned budget, in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the District Police Officer, Hunza, must accompany the bid. Bids without the required call deposit will be rejected.

• Only bids from registered firms, dealers, suppliers or contractors will be considered. Two (02) years of work experience certificates in the relevant field, registration certificate and vendor number documents duly attested must be attached.

• All applicable taxes (if any) must be included in the bid price. Rates for items not covered by the prescribed form will be determined by prevailing retail market prices at time of supply.

• Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/tenders in accordance with GB PPR/Rule 36(1). Tender document fee will be charged according to GB Finance Act-2024.
