Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites sealed bids (Single Stage–Single Envelope, lot-wise) from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (renewed for the year 2025-26) for execution of small-sized special repair works in the IESCO region. Bidding will follow National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with applicable PPRs.

Eligibility & requirements: Open to PEC-registered contractors (renewed for 2025-26) meeting the bidding document requirements. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents (visible requirement: bid security in acceptable bank instrument/CDR in favour of Executive Engineer, Civil Division, IESCO). Bidders must follow electronic bidding procedures on E-PAIDS. Contractors already executing works with IESCO must provide relevant performance/completion certificates as required.
Other conditions: Bids will be processed under applicable PPRs and IESCO rules. Detailed terms including bid validity, amount and form of bid security, documentation for eligibility, and submission procedure are available in the bidding documents on the procurement portal.
