Issuer: Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad. Procurement under PPRA Rules 2004 through E-PADS (PPRA e-Procurement System).
PIMS invites sealed/electronic bids for the following supply and prequalification packages. Bidders must register and submit bids via E-PADS PPRA Website 2.0. Relevant Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) are available on E-PADS and the PIMS website.

Key submission and document requirements:
- Tender fee (non-refundable): PKR 2,000 per tender (to be obtained from Accounts Branch PIMS in person after vetting by Purchase Department).
- Last date for issuance of tender schedule/documents: 2026-08-28 at 12:00 Noon.
- Submission deadline: Upload bids through E-PADS PPRA Website 2.0 and submit original CDR, original undertaking on judicial paper, and copy of tender receipt in the tender box at Purchase Department, PIMS (G-6/3, Islamabad) by 11:00 AM on 2026-08-29.
- Online bids submitted via E-PADS will be entertained; online bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-08-29. CDR value and bid security details are as specified in the SBDs/tender schedule.
- Bid security and other SBD details available on E-PADS and PIMS website. Suppliers must submit call deposit / bid money in the name of Executive Director, PIMS.
