Office of the District Council, Rawalpindi invites bids on an EP (e-procurement) system under PPRA rules from approved contractors for works during Financial Year 2026-2027. Bid documents are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-procurement (EP) systems and must be submitted through the EP system.
Submission deadline: bids may be submitted on the EP system up to 2026-08-20 at 11:00 AM. All received bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of the District Council Rawalpindi by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Tender documents and details are also available at: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx
Key conditions: contractors must quote rates itemwise in figures against each item; over-writing, cutting, tampering, doubtful or incomplete bids will be rejected. If the lowest bidder quotes rates more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of issuance of notice; failure to deposit will result in forfeiture of earnest money (5%) and re-tendering. All contractors are required to register and bid via the EP system.
