IESCO Tender: Supply of 16.7 kV XLPE 240 mm² (500 MCM) Single Core Power Cable

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-Bids for the supply of power cable for the year 2026-27. Eligible firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC and FBR (and holding valid prototype approval, if applicable) are invited to submit bids on a free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk). Tenders will be opened in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives at IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No.40, Islamabad.

Key Terms & Conditions:

• Only e-Bids are acceptable; upload all mandatory information as required in the bidding documents.
• Tender procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope basis.
• Prices should be final and on DDP basis inclusive of all costs (unless otherwise specified).
• Bid validity: 60 days from bid submission.
• Original bid security/guarantee must be submitted and be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period (in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad).
• IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids prior to acceptance.
• In case of holiday/strike etc. the same will be dealt with as per the terms of the tender notice.
