Pre-Qualification Invitation: Vehicle Tracking & Management System Services for Central Punjab (3-year Contract)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of SUTHRA Punjab Authority.

Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification of eligible Vehicle Tracking & Management System (VTMS) companies to provide VTMS services for the Central Region of Punjab for an initial period of three years, extendable for a further three years.

Key actions and deadlines:

• Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) are available immediately after publication via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and LWMC website (free of cost).
• Pre-submission meeting: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hours in the LWMC office (attendance recommended).
• Online submission deadline: 2026-08-27 until 11:00 hours via the Punjab E-Procurement System.
• Online opening of submitted applications: 2026-08-27 at 11:30 hours (in the presence of applicants or their representatives).

Eligibility: Applications are invited from eligible vehicle tracking companies that meet the criteria specified in the PQD. Applications must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online in full conformity with the PQD.
