Issuer: Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Prequalification of well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers for the supply of goods and provision of services under PSDP project “Centre of Excellence for Autism” at H-8/4, Islamabad.

Bid Security: A separate bid security of Rs. 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) must be furnished for each applied lot in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of the Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Original instrument must reach the office before the closing date and time; applications received without original bid security will not be entertained.
Document Availability: Complete prequalification documents, including detailed requirements, evaluation criteria and scope of work for each lot, are available on official websites (www.mof.gov.pk, PPRA website, and the DGSE website) and can be obtained from the DGSE office.
Submission & Opening: Applications shall be submitted manually on or before 2026-08-19 at 02:00 p.m. Applications will be opened the same day at 02:30 p.m. in the presence of applicants who choose to attend.
Other Notes: The framework agreement is intended to enable on-demand execution on an as-and-when-required basis at pre-agreed terms. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, without assigning any reason and without incurring liability.
