IESCO Tender 2026-27 – Repair of 200 kVA Distribution Transformers (Islamabad/Rawalpindi/Wah)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites sealed tenders for the year 2026-27 from firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC and FBR for repair of damaged distribution transformers on an "as is where is" basis with free delivery to IESCO Regional Stores (Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajjar & Wah).

Key submission & opening details:

- Tender receipt deadline: 2026-08-17 up to 10:30 AM. Tender opening: 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM (same date).

- Procedure: Single Stage, One Envelope.

- Price: Must be firm and final on FCS basis and without involving foreign exchange.

- Bid validity: 120 days. Bid security as specified above must be valid for 150 days and submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee / CDR issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan (having rating A+ or above) in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad.

- Tender documents and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Office of Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO HQ, against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 per tender on any working day during office hours.

- Written application on company letterhead along with copies of registration with Sales Tax Department (STRN) and NTN must be produced at the time of issuance of tender documents.

- In case of government/IESCO-declared holiday or other reasons, the tender opening will be held on the next working day at the same time and place.

- IESCO reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance. Tender documents and details are also available on IESCO and PPRA websites.
