Pakistan Railways (Chief Controller of Purchase, P.R. Headquarters Office, Lahore) invites sealed electronic bids through the ePADS system for multiple packages of D.E. locomotive spares. Eligible original manufacturers/distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List may participate. Bids must be submitted online via ePADS v2.0 in accordance with Single Stage One/Two Envelope Procedure of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Key instructions: submission through ePADS only; bid security, Pay Order/Call Deposit and other required documents must be uploaded as per bidding documents; procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under applicable rules.
