Pakistan Railways Invites RFP for Outsourcing 5 Railway Schools on RUOT (Pre-bid 2022-08-20)

Issuer: Pakistan Railways (Headquarter Office, Lahore). Pakistan Railways invites proposals from reputable national firms/companies/JVs experienced in education to rehabilitate, upgrade, operate and transfer (RUOT) five Pakistan Railway schools on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis for a concession period of 30 years (including 2 years mobilization).

How to obtain RFP and submit proposals:

• RFP and bidding documents are available for download from the Pakistan Railways website. The hard copy of documents must be obtained from the Office of the Director General Education, Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Empress Road, Lahore, by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 in cash (mandatory for participation).
• A pre-bid conference will be held on 2022-08-20 at 11:00 AM in the Directorate of Education, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Empress Road, Lahore.
• Technical and financial proposals (sealed in separate envelopes) must be submitted to the Directorate of Education at the address above by 2:00 PM on or before 2022-09-10. Technical proposals will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
