Key conditions:
- Tender documents obtainable during working hours from the procuring office. Issuance of tender documents will close one day prior to opening.
- Bid security of 2% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of CDR in favour of Principal Accounts Officer, NIAB. Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the tender number clearly marked.
- Two copies of the BOQ must be submitted (one original and one photocopy); both must be sealed, pre-signed and stamped with the name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope.
- Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns. In case of conflict, the rate quoted in words shall prevail.
- Incomplete or non-responsive bids may be rejected. The competent authority may reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
