Tender No.10/2026/PB — Repair & Maintenance of Main Building at NIAD, Faisalabad

This notice invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/contractors with active GST/NTN. Tender documents available during working hours (0900 hrs to 1500 hrs), Monday to Friday, from the office of the undersigned. Issuance of tender documents closes one day before the opening date.

Submission requirements and conditions:

• Bid security: 2% of bid value in the form of CDR, in favour of Principal Accounts Officer NIAD. Bids without required CDR will be rejected.
• Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with the tender, with the tender number clearly marked on the envelope.
• Two copies of the BOQ must be submitted (one original and one photocopy); both must be sealed, pre-signed and stamped, with the name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope.
• Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict, the rate in words shall prevail.
• The procuring authority may reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance. Incomplete proposals/bids will be treated as non-responsive.
• Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure.
