Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites proposals for consultancy services for the design, configuration and deployment of a web-based Project Monitoring and Performance Dashboard for the SMEDA Business Plan (Ref: PT8547).
Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A Bid Securing Declaration is required in the prescribed format. Manual submissions will not be accepted — proposals must be submitted through EPADS v2.0.
