LWMC Invitation for Prequalification: Vehicle Tracking & Management Services for South Region of Punjab (3 years)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). LWMC invites prequalification applications from eligible vehicle-tracking companies for provision of Vehicle Tracking & Management System services for the South Region of Punjab for an initial period of three years, extendable for another three years. Pre-qualification and subsequent bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-P).

Key actions and requirements:

- Pre-qualification documents and subsequent bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System website: e.ppunjab.gov.pk.

- Pre-qualification documents are to be obtained/downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System. Submission is through the E-Procurement portal only. No hard-copy submissions are required.

- A pre-submission meeting will be held on 2016-08-18 at 11:00 hours at the LWMC office (address below).

- Last date and time for online submission: 2016-08-27 up to 11:00 hours. Online opening of submitted pre-qualification applications: 2016-08-27 at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible vehicle tracking companies that satisfy the pre-qualification criteria set out in the Pre-Qualification Document available on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Pre-qualification and subsequent bidding will follow the Punjab E-Procurement (E-P) procedures.
