Tender (eP) — Hiring of Janitorial Services for Institute of Ophthalmology & Allied Vision Sciences, Multan (FY 2026-27)

Project Director, Institute of Ophthalmology and Allied Vision Sciences (IOAVS), Multan invites e-Procurement tenders from firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities, registered with income and sales tax departments, for hiring janitorial services for FY 2026-27.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding documents, terms & detailed specifications are available on the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-Procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Electronic registration for bidders is required at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk.

- Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments (CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee) will not be accepted unless submitted via the e-Procurement System.

- Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure will be applied. Tenders will be opened online by the Purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the committee room of Nishtar Medical University, Multan (if they choose to attend).

- Procurements will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended. All specifications, terms and conditions are contained in the bidding documents. If the submission/opening date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
