Issuer: Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Khanewal. Purpose: Purchase/provision of miscellaneous items and services under a Framework Contract valid up to 2027-06-30.
Submission method: Electronic bids via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with PPRA rules. E-Bid submission deadline: 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM. E-Bids will be opened on 2026-09-03 at 11:30 AM (PPRA Rule 30(1)) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Key eligibility and conditions:
- Open to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents/dealers/distributors meeting the required enlistment/registration and tax obligations (Federal, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax as applicable).

- Procurement will follow the Punjab e-Procurement Single Stage "Two Envelope" procedure and other applicable PPRA/Punjab rules. Technical samples may be required; failure to present required samples may lead to technical rejection.
