Issuer: Privatisation Commission on behalf of the Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: Hire a Financial Advisor (FA) to provide financial advisory services for private sector participation in two power Distribution Companies (DISCOs) — Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) and Hazara Electric Power Company (HAZECO) — through privatisation and/or concession.
Interested parties (individual firms or consortia) with experience in similar transactions are invited to submit Technical & Financial Proposals.
