Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure from FBR income-tax and sales-tax active individuals, firms, distributors, manufacturers, companies, public-sector organizations and government-order suppliers for procurement of stockable and non-stockable food items. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available on PBM's website and on the PPRA PADS portal. Bids must be prepared in accordance with PPRA rules and the BDS; bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
