Eligible original manufacturers, authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List may participate. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules and the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique where applicable.
