Pakistan Railways, Chief Controller of Purchase (P.R. Headquarters, Lahore), invites sealed bids through the ePADS electronic procurement system for multiple procurement packages of D.E. locomotive spare parts. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using Single Stage One/Two Envelope procedures where applicable.
Eligible bidders: original manufacturers, authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List.
