RUDA Invitation for Bids — Infrastructure Development of 14.5 km Right Promenade (Lahore)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure from eligible contractors for infrastructure development of a 14.5 km Right Promenade along the Ravi River in Lahore. Works include dual carriageway, proposed upper promenade, river protection works, electrification, storm drainage, ancillary works and connectivity with Lahore Eastern Bypass (LEBP) as per RUDA specifications.

Key terms and instructions:

- Payment for executed works will be made on a 50% deferred payment basis as per bidding documents.

- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidders must follow the provisions and instructions contained in the bidding documents.

- Each bidder shall submit only one bid. Bid security shall be submitted in the form of a Call or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for the period required in the bidding documents.

- Bidding documents may be purchased from the RUDA office on payment of a non-refundable fee (amount shown in bidding documents). Completed bids must be submitted/delivered to the address below by the stated deadlines.
