Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Karachi invites sealed bids under Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004) for tendered electrical works. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and submit bids through the EPADs/e-procurement portal as per instructions. Technical and financial bids should be submitted as specified; incomplete bids will be rejected. Bidders must provide bid security as specified in the tender documents and comply with other conditions mentioned in the bidding documents.
