Tender Notice No. 16/2026 – Procurement of Various Items for Kundian

A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department for the purchase/supply of various items/materials. Tender documents are available from the procuring office on working days (Monday–Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00 against a non-refundable tender fee (amounts shown below). Each item has a separate Tender Enquiry No. and a specified opening date (see item list). Delivery mode is listed as FOR Kundian.

Key submission and payment instructions:

• Tender fee: as shown against each item (generally Rs. 2,000 as listed).
• Tender documents issued on written request supported by tender fee (bank draft/pay order) payable to the Principal Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposit and cash for tender fee are not acceptable.
• Tenders will be received up to the respective opening date at 13:30 hrs and opened the same day at 14:00 hrs in presence of bidders who attend.
• Tender details and corrigenda (if any) may also be available on the PPRA website.
