| Financial Analyst / Specialist (MDB Financial Management & Loan Disbursement) (PPS-11) | 01 | PIU ML-1 Office, Lahore (liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan) | Master's degree (minimum 16 years) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent. Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA (ICMA) or CPA preferred. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting or loan disbursement. At least 5 years' experience on ADB, World Bank, AIIB, IsDB or other MDB-funded projects preferred. Knowledge of ADB Loan Disbursement Handbook, ADB Financial Management Guidelines, Government financial rules, PSDP procedures, PIFRA/SAP, IPSAS/IFRS, ERP-based financial systems, advanced MS Excel/financial modelling. Experience on infrastructure, railway, transport or CPEC-related projects is an advantage. | 55 years |
Terms: One (01) year contract, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements. Pay package under PPS-11 and Project Pay Scale as approved by Government of Pakistan. Salary fixed commensurate with qualifications and experience of selected candidate. Selected candidate will be engaged under the PIU-ML1 (CPEC Support Project) and report to the Team Leader/Project Director, PIU ML-1.
