Practical experience with withdrawal applications, designated/advance accounts, direct payments, reimbursements, IURFS/APFS, financial planning, donor compliance. Knowledge of ADB Loan Disbursement Handbook, ADB Financial Management Guidelines, Government Financial Rules, PSDP procedures, PIFRA/SAP, PSAS/IFRS, ERP systems and advanced MS Excel/financial modelling. Experience on transport/railway or CPEC-related projects is an advantage. | 55 years |
Terms & key application instructions:
- Appointment will be on a one (01) year contract, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, continued project requirement and availability of funds.
- Remuneration: Pay package on PPS-11 under Project Pay Scale Policy; salary to be fixed commensurate with qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
- The selected candidate will be engaged under the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) ML-1 (CPEC Support Project), Pakistan Railways, and will report to the Team Leader/Project Director PIU ML-1 and work in coordination with project management and MDB mission teams.
- Applicants must submit a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with attested copies of educational degrees/certificates, professional qualifications, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile and recent passport-size photographs. Experience claims must be supported by documentary evidence indicating nature, duration and level of responsibilities.
- Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous body employees should apply through proper channel and must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be entertained. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
