LESCO Tender Notice: HT Steel-Structure Erection & Related Works (EP-63 to EP-67)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). Inviting e-bids for multiple construction packages involving handling, transportation and erection of HT steel structures, foundations, earthing and associated civil/electromechanical works under various construction divisions.

Estimated Cost: Rs. 4.5 million (each tender).

Earnest Money / Bid Security: As specified in the notice (bid security required). Bidders must submit earnest money in prescribed form as per the tender conditions.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms registered with PEC and holding relevant specialization codes (as stated in the tender notice), registered/renewed for the relevant year, active on tax rolls. Bidders must meet experience requirements and provide documentary evidence of past work and financial/technical capability as detailed in the tender documents.

Submission & E-Bidding: Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the e-procurement platform EPADS v2.0 (e-bidding). Interested bidders should follow EPADS instructions and ensure timely submission. Bid Closing & Opening: Closing (submission) date and time: 2026-08-27 at 11:30 AM. Opening date and time: 2026-08-27 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per the notice.

Performance Security: Successful bidder(s) must furnish performance security as required by the tender (performance security percentage stated in the tender documents).
