Tender Notice No.16/2026 — Procurement of Stationery, IT, HVAC and Industrial Materials (Islamabad)

Head (Procurement), H-Block, Near K-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department (with their own offices and telephone/fax numbers) for the purchase of various items and materials. Items include stationery, bags, housekeeping/cleaning items, room air coolers, burners, pipes & accessories, rack-mounted industrial PCs and networking items, surveillance UPS spares, refrigerant gas cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, gas cylinders, LED lights, lighting material, electrical components, instrumentation, transformers, meters, filters, heat exchangers, chemicals, flame detectors, positioners, valves, laboratory instruments and related items. Most supplies are required FOR Kundian.

How to apply / obtain documents: Tender documents are available from the procuring office on working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00 (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Tender fee is non-refundable and must be paid by Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of the Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call Deposit and cash payments for tender fee are not accepted.

Submission & opening: Sealed tenders will be received up to the advertised opening time (tender-specific) and will be opened at 13:30 hours (and subsequently at 14:00 hours) on the respective opening dates in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
