Mandatory documents to participate (as listed):
a) Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
b) Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
c) Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 or above for the current year.
d) Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of value Rs. 300/-; proof of ownership of the firm; declaration of no blacklisting; details of pending litigation, if any.
All bid pages must be properly signed. Offers using any use of blanco will not be accepted. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Warning: dishonored financial instruments submitted as tender cost, earnest money/bid security, or bank guarantees may lead to blacklisting and legal action.
