WAPDA Tarbela Power Station E-Bid: White Metal for Turbine Guide Bearing (Doc P79054 / OPNTR-886)

Chief Engineer (Power), Tarbela Power Station (WAPDA) invites e-bids for the procurement of goods on D.D.P. basis through EPADS v2.0 under Single Stage–One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCB) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Bidding documents, specifications and terms are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bidders must be registered on EPADS (register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). A registration tutorial is available on the EPADS site.

- Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by the closing time. Manual/physical submissions will not be accepted.

- All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding document. Acceptable forms include Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, CDR or bank draft in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. Where bid security is not required by the procuring agency, bidders must furnish a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding document.

- Hard copy (original) of the bid security must reach the Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela prior to or on the bid closing time. Insurance guarantees will not be acceptable.

- The procurement will follow applicable regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the authority. The advertisement is also available on PPRA and WAPDA websites.
