PTA Tender: AI-Powered DIRBS Digital Intelligence System (Procurement Notice)

Issuer: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). PTA has reserved funds for the procurement of an AI-Powered DIRBS Digital Intelligence System to cover eligible payments under the contract for the consultancy services for the project.

Procurement procedure: The Authority invites Requests for Proposals (RFP) through the e-Pakistan Electronic Procurement System (EPADS v2.0). The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules and the Authority’s regulations, using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for evaluation. Proposals must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0. Bids must include the required Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents.

Documents & submission: E-bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition System (EPADS) and on the PTA website (www.pta.gov.pk). RFPs and proposals must be prepared and submitted through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with instructions in the e-Bidding document.
